Packages are billed monthly in advance. There is no setup fee.
Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Work already delivered and the current billing period are not refunded.
The client provides access to their email platform and customer list, supplies photos and brand assets, and approves content before it is sent. The client confirms their list was collected with appropriate consent.
The client owns their list and their sent campaigns. Templates built for the client remain available to them after the engagement ends.
