Do I need an email list already?
It helps, and most businesses have one without realizing it. Check your booking software, your POS, or your invoicing system.
Why email rather than social or ads?
Because you own it. Your list can't be taken away by an algorithm change or priced out by rising ad costs, and it goes to people who already trust you enough to have paid you once. That's a much shorter distance to a booking than convincing a stranger.
What if I already use Mailchimp or another email provider?
We'll work inside whatever you already have. If you've got nothing, we'll set one up.
How long until I see something?
First campaign usually goes out within two weeks. Automated sequences take longer, because they trigger off customer behavior rather than a send date.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Every package runs month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice.
Will these sound like a robot wrote them?
No. We write in your voice and you approve everything before it goes out.
